 What if I missed the deadline?

Typically, any software requested after the deadline will implemented the following semester. If you missed the deadline for the current semester, a request will need to be submitted to your dean. The dean will then submit the request to OAA for approval.


How to Request Software

Consult with your Executive Office Point of Contact (POC) prior to completing this request as he or she will have funding information and justification requirements to discuss with you prior to submitting the request. A list of POC's is available listed here.

Then check the lab for currently installed software at softwarerequest.cscc.edu

  • Must be on Columbus State's internet to view this page, if you are working from home, you can do this using the VMware Horizon Client.
  • Note: Room assignments will be available via CSAR reports.
To request software already owned by the College be installed in a specific lab:
 
  • Check with IT Asset Management for licensing and legal review.
  • Then go to softwarerequest.cscc.edu and click Request Installation.
