Set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot
    
2. Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join
    
3. Follow the instructions on your phone's screen to connect using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB - See this Apple Support Page for more details
