MacOS: Projector is not showing the computer screen

Summary

Is the image is showing on the computer monitor, but not projected on the projector screen? Mirror display to fix the issue

Select your Operating System (OS) version for detailed instructions:

Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar and click Screen Mirroring.
You'll see a list of devices that are available. Select the one where you would like to mirror your screen.

Option 1 - Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar and click Screen Mirroring.

Option 2 - Turn on Mirror in System Preferences

Go to Apple > System Preferences > Displays
Select Display settings, then click on Use as: and see if you can change the desired display to Mirror.
