Issue:
The error "Please enter your database password" means you do not have access to Staging.
Resolution:
To request access, your supervisor must contact the IT Support Center - 614-287-5050 || helpdesk@cscc.edu
The request should include your:
- Name
- Username
- A brief description of why you need access.
