Zoom: Install and Log in

If Zoom is already installed, jump right to Log in to Zoom.

 


Install Zoom

  • On a phone or tablet, you can install the Zoom mobile app from Google Play or App Store.
     
  • On a Chromebook, you can install the Zoom app from Google Play.
     
  • On a computer, you can install the Zoom Client for meetings at zoom.us/download

Log in to Zoom 

  1. Open the Zoom client (or mobile app) and click Sign In.
    "Sign in" button is just below "Join a Meeting" button
  2. On the "Sign in" window, select the SSO key icon or Sign in with SSO (varies by device).

  3. On the "Sign in with SSO" window, type: cscc-edu for company domain then click Continue.​​​​​​

  4. If prompted, type your Columbus State username and password, then click Sign in.

  5. Click Open zoom.us in the pop-up.
    Note: You can check the box to Always allow...to skip this step in the future.

  6. Your Zoom application should automatically launch, but if not, click the Launch Zoom button.

  7. The Zoom Client should open to the home screen.

  8. If you click your user icon (initials or image) in the top-right corner of the window, you will see your CSCC email address displayed confirming you are signed in properly.
