You can submit a ticket with your IT questions or problems 24/7, but the tickets are only serviced when the IT Support Center is open.

How do I find in-person IT support?

In-person support is provided in the Center for Technology and Learning (TL) on the Columbus Campus in the Cyber Café (TL Lobby) and Computer Commons* (TL 116).

* The Computer Commons is a computer lab available to all current students. Students can visit during open hours to use a computer to work on school work or print out class materials.
