Install and Setup Jabber for iOS

For best results and access to the latest features, your mobile device should be running the latest version of iOS.

 Please note that the Jabber app for iOS only supports a single phone line.

Installation

  1. On your iOS device, get the Cisco Jabber app 
    Alternatively, you can open the App Store on your device and then search for Cisco Jabber


     
  2. Tap Get and then Install
     
  3. Sign in to the iTunes Store if you are prompted to do so
     
  4. Once the installation is complete, tap Open or launch the app from the Home screen


     
  5. Jabber will ask permissions for different things, make sure you Allow the following: 
    • Notifications 
    • Access to Microphone
       
  1. Type in your CSCC employee email address and tap Continue


  2. Type in your CSCC network password and tap Sign In.


  3. Tap Update to update your voicemail credentials


  4. Type in your CSCC network username (not email address) and password then tap Apply

1. Tap your initials in the top left

2. Click on Settings > Call Option and select Use Audio Only

2. Click Sign Out at the bottom
