When an issue arises in a CSCC smart classroom disrupting a class or meeting, please call for immediate assistance. The technicians will try to assist you over the phone, and if more help is needed, someone will come to your classroom to troubleshoot in-person.
Be sure to have the building and room number ready when calling.
Non-Urgent assistance:
If something comes up during class, but doesn't need immediate assistance, contact the IT Support Center, so a technician can be sent out when the room is available.
